Services, Packages & Engagement Architecture Handbook
Comprehensive specification of LETSCOOKTECH's 7 Core Offers, scope tiering, commercial estimation rules, transparent milestone pricing, and engagement models.
Packaging & Commercial Architecture Doctrine#
LETSCOOKTECH structures its services around outcomes, bounded scope, and risk-managed delivery rather than selling open-ended consulting hours or vague agency promises.
Commercial Philosophy: • Outcome-Focused Packages: Every offer defines an unambiguous business outcome, concrete technical deliverables, explicit boundary exclusions, and measurable acceptance criteria. • Milestone-Based Escrow: Work is structured into 1–2 week sprints. Clients deposit milestone funds into escrow prior to sprint kickoff; funds are released upon User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-off. • Zero Fake Fixed Pricing: We do not advertise fake flat-rate pricing dumps for custom enterprise software. Instead, we publish clear baseline ranges, complexity drivers, and transparent rate cards. • 100% Ownership: All custom source code, documentation, schemas, and configurations belong entirely to the client upon final milestone payment.
- Complexity-proportional pricing: costs scale strictly with architectural complexity and third-party dependencies.
- No predatory retainers: we do not lock clients into lengthy, uncancelable contracts.
- Defined revision limits: every milestone includes two rounds of consolidated review with a 5-day client feedback SLA.

• Core Scope: Custom web application (React / Next.js / TypeScript backend), secure authentication with multi-factor authentication (MFA), granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC: Admin, Manager, Staff, Customer), relational database (PostgreSQL / Supabase) with versioned migrations, operational dashboards, data filtering and export (CSV/PDF), and audit logging of sensitive business actions. • Optional Modules: Multi-tenant data isolation, client document upload and verification, real-time notifications (WebSockets), automated PDF report generation, third-party webhook ingest. • Not Included by Default: 24/7 dedicated mission-critical support (available under custom SLA), legacy on-premise mainframe connectors. • Typical Timeline: 4 to 12 weeks delivered in phased 2-week milestone sprints. • Commercial Sizing Drivers: Number of user roles, data entity complexity, third-party integration count, and security compliance requirements.
- Tailored workflow: software built precisely around how your business operates.
- Server-side enforcement: strict authorization enforced at API boundaries, not just hidden UI buttons.
5. Offer 5 — Workflow Automation Pilot#
For businesses losing dozens of hours per week to repetitive manual data entry, disconnected SaaS platforms, or delayed customer follow-ups.
• Core Scope: End-to-end automation of one high-value business workflow. Connects 2 to 4 existing software platforms (e.g. CRM, email, accounting, messaging, database) using resilient webhook integrations, serverless functions, or queue workers. Includes automated data validation, rate-limiting handlers, retry logic with exponential backoff, dead-letter failure queues, and error alerts delivered to Slack/email. • Optional Modules: AI-assisted document parsing / classification, multi-step approval gates with human-in-the-loop confirmation, historical batch data backfills. • Not Included by Default: Rebuilding broken third-party APIs or unbounded multi-department workflow overhauls. • Typical Timeline: 1 to 2 weeks for initial pilot sprint. • Acceptance Criteria: Automated test cases simulating success, API timeout, duplicate webhooks, and verified delivery.
- Immediate ROI: removes manual friction from your most critical operational bottleneck.

- System longevity: prevents technical debt from accumulating post-launch.
- Priority SLA: direct access to lead engineers for rapid troubleshooting.
8. Scope Tiering Architecture (Standard vs. Advanced vs. Custom)#
To provide transparency, each core offer is structured across three predictable scope tiers:
• Tier 1 — Standard / Foundation: Best for local businesses, startups, single-workflow solutions. Focus: core functional requirements, standard modern stack, baseline responsive design, essential SEO and security. Delivered in 1–2 weeks. • Tier 2 — Advanced / Scale: Best for growing SMEs, multi-variant commerce, authenticated portals. Focus: multi-role RBAC, custom database architecture, third-party API integrations, background queues, analytics dashboards. Delivered in 3–6 weeks. • Tier 3 — Custom Enterprise / Complex: Best for multi-tenant platforms, high-volume transactions, mission-critical operations. Focus: full custom engineering, modular monolith or microservices, threat modeling, automated E2E regression suites, custom SLA. Delivered in phased 2-week sprints with dedicated discovery.
9. Pricing Architecture & Milestone Payments#
LETSCOOKTECH prices projects based on architectural complexity, integration depth, and deliverables rather than arbitrary markups:
• Milestone Escrow Structure: Projects are partitioned into 1–2 week sprints. Milestone 1 deposit is placed in escrow before development begins. Upon client UAT sign-off of Milestone 1, escrow is released, 100% IP for that milestone is transferred, and Milestone 2 escrow is deposited. • No Hidden Recurring Costs: Infrastructure (hosting, domains, third-party APIs) is billed directly to the client's credit card or account. LETSCOOKTECH does not add secret markups to vendor pass-through costs. • Fixed Estimates: Once an SOW is signed, the project cost is locked unless the client formally approves a written Change Request.
- Complete financial safety: uncommenced milestone funds are 100% refundable upon written cancellation.
- Zero developer hostage-taking: IP and repository access transfer upon milestone payment.
10. Revision Limits & Client Feedback SLA#
To maintain sprint momentum and project schedules, revisions are managed under a fair, structured policy:
• Two Review Cycles: Each milestone deliverable includes up to two formal cycles of consolidated client review and refinement on staging. • 5-Day Turnaround Window: Clients agree to test staging deliverables and provide consolidated feedback within 5 business days of delivery. • Scope Separation: Revisions that refine existing SOW features are executed immediately. Revisions that request net-new features or alter architectural decisions are processed transparently via a Change Request.
11. Commercial Red Flags & When We Decline Work#
To maintain high quality and protect client investments, LETSCOOKTECH maintains strict commercial boundaries:
• We do not accept speculative, contingency-only, or equity-only builds. • We do not promise fixed-cost enterprise builds where the client refuses to conduct a Discovery sprint. • We do not accept projects involving adult, deceptive, copyright-infringing, or predatory practices. • We decline projects where the client demands an unmaintained or insecure legacy framework that poses severe liability.
