The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to LetsCookTech can legally be used for the relevant project.

Fees will be communicated to the client before work begins or otherwise agreed in writing. Depending on the project, LetsCookTech may require:

- A deposit or advance payment.
- Milestone-based payments.
- Payment following completion or delivery.
Applicable taxes, payment-processing fees, hosting charges, domain charges, software licenses, third-party subscriptions, API charges, cloud costs, and other external costs may be charged separately.

8. Third-Party Materials and Licenses
